  • Bank Transfer/ACH

  • Digital Wallets

Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported digital wallets.

  • Platform Credits

Use credits earned or purchased on the platform.

Payment information is securely stored for future transactions. You can manage your payment methods in your Account Settings.

Payment Security

We take payment security seriously:

  • All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols
  • We comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
  • We never store complete credit card information on our servers
  • Two-factor authentication is available for payment-related account changes
  • Suspicious transaction monitoring is in place to prevent fraud

For additional security, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account and regularly monitoring your transaction history.

International Payments

For international users:

  • Payments are processed in USD but can be converted to local currency
  • Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method
  • International bank transfers may incur additional fees from intermediary banks
  • Processing times may be longer for international payments (5-7 business days)
  • Some payment methods may not be available in all countries

We recommend PayPal or digital wallets for international users as they typically offer faster processing times and lower fees.

Troubleshooting

Common payment issues and solutions:

  • Failed Payment

Verify your payment details, check your account balance, and ensure your card isn't blocked for online transactions.

  • Delayed Payout

International transfers may take longer. If a payout is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact support.

  • Incorrect Amount

Currency conversion and fees may affect the final amount. Review the transaction details for a breakdown.

  • Payment Method Rejected

Some payment methods may not be supported in your region. Try an alternative method.

For any payment-related issues, contact our support team through the Help Center contact form or at payments@ourplatform.com.
