Hosting a competition is a great way to engage with creators, promote your brand, or discover new talent. Follow these steps to create your first competition on our platform.

Set Prizes and Rewards

Define the prizes for winners. Attractive prizes help increase participation and engagement.

Prize Recommendations:

  • 1st Place:Main prize (cash, products, or services)
  • 2nd Place:Secondary prize (50-75% of main prize value)
  • 3rd Place:Smaller prize (25-50% of main prize value)

Be specific about prizes and how they'll be delivered. Clear prize descriptions increase trust and participation.

Decide whether to limit the number of participants and set any specific entry requirements.

Limited Participants

Set a maximum number of participants (10-1000). Additional fees apply for more than 100 participants.

Unlimited Participants

Allow unlimited participants for a flat additional fee of $100.

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of creation (if no participants have joined): 50% refund
  • Cancellation after 24 hours or after participants have joined: No refund
  • Competitions removed due to policy violations: No refund

Can I edit my competition after it's published?

Yes, you can edit certain aspects of your competition after it's published, including the description, rules, and end date (if extending). However, you cannot change core details like the competition name or reduce the prize value once participants have joined.

How do I select and announce winners?

After the submission period ends, you'll have access to judging tools in your competition dashboard. You can score entries, add comments, and select winners. Once you finalize your decision, use the "Announce Winners" button to automatically notify winners and update the competition page.

How do I distribute prizes to winners?

Prize distribution is handled directly between you and the winners. After announcing winners, you'll receive their contact information to coordinate prize delivery. We recommend clearly communicating the prize distribution timeline and method to winners.

Can I run multiple competitions simultaneously?

Yes, you can host multiple competitions at the same time. Each competition requires a separate hosting fee. Enterprise customers receive discounts for multiple simultaneous competitions.

What happens if there's a dispute with a participant?
